Blance provides information and catalog services for dietary supplements. As dietary supplement products are classified as consumable goods subject to Indonesian Law Number 18 Year 2012 concerning Food Products, the following refund and return policy applies.

2. Return Eligibility

In accordance with Indonesian food product regulations, dietary supplements that have been opened, consumed, or have visible signs of tampering cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. This applies to:

  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products past their expiration date
  • Products without original packaging

3. Unopened Products

Unopened, sealed products in original condition may be eligible for return within 30 days of purchase if:

  • The seal is intact and unopened
  • The product has not passed its expiration date
  • The product is in original packaging with all labels intact

4. Return Process

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds for unopened products will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt and verification. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The following items are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Any opened or partially used products
  • Products consumed or ingested in any amount
  • Products without proof of purchase
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Products past expiration dates

7. Defective Products

If you receive a product that appears defective or damaged upon arrival (before opening), notify us immediately with photographic evidence. We will evaluate the claim and determine appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund.

8. Medical Issues and Allergic Reactions

If you experience adverse reactions or allergic reactions to a product:

  • Discontinue use immediately
  • Consult a healthcare provider
  • Contact us with detailed information about the reaction
  • Provide medical documentation if available

Refunds for adverse reactions require medical documentation. Even with documentation, opened products may not be eligible for refund due to food safety regulations, but we will review each case individually.

9. Exclusions and Limitations

This refund policy does not cover:

  • Products purchased during promotional or clearance sales (unless otherwise specified)
  • Products damaged due to improper storage by customer
  • Dissatisfaction with product results or efficacy
  • Products consumed based on personal health decisions

All refund policies comply with Indonesian Law Number 18 Year 2012 concerning Food Products and related regulations. Dietary supplements are classified as food products and are therefore subject to stricter return policies than general merchandise.
